YOUTH SPEED & PERFORMANCE TRAINING
The HP Sports Training 1% System is our proprietary methodology that has proven results for youth from age 6 to 18 and beyond. The following programming is included in the HP1 Youth Sports Training System:
HEAD START – Focuses on young athletes from ages 6 – 9, program sets the foundation for success in any sport by focusing on the enjoyment and fun of speed, agility and overall coordination, while setting the stage for the student to develop a desire to be their best.
COMPLETE PERFORMANCE – Most students first real experience following a complete training system which includes all aspects of athletic development. Focused on athletes from ages 10 – 18, this program focuses on the techniques used in speed, agility, strength, power and recovery techniques to maximize improvements in acceleration, top speed, change of direction, mobility and flexibility.
ELITE PERFORMANCE – Focused on athletes ages 13 – 18, this training level offers intermediate athletes that have completed a full 5 month training cycle, completing the training lessons and interested in becoming their best. This program focuses on the progression of HP's unique speed-training methods, along with the fundamentals of power and strength. Designed to take their athletic abilities as far as possible, to maximize their potential on and off the field or track.
PEAK PERFORMANCE Designed to help athletes reach their peak in speed, strength and power, to compete at their highest level. We accomplish this by focusing on the individual as well as the team's needs and goals.
